HIH Is Headed to Climate Week NYC 2026 – Here’s What’s Happening

Climate Week NYC is back September 20–27, 2026, and this year's summit will focus on the energy, the impact, and the action that we drive together. This year, Health In Harmony is co-hosting Reciprocity House – a place to gather and receive.

What is Reciprocity House?

A celebration of partnership and collectivity, hosted by Tenure Facility, Health In Harmony, and Woodwell Climate Research Center, with more partners to be announced soon.

What’s the program?

Our kick-off event opens in the morning with a breakfast and zine giveaway, then goes into a series of short, show-and-tell talks around the question: What's the Reciprocity Story You Want to Tell?

Later, we’ll host Unwind for the Earth: an evening shared with Planet Indonesia, Woodwell Climate Research Center, and If Not Us Then Who?, prioritizing authentic relationships, building in joyful moments of openness and trust, and strengthening our collective impact.

When does this take place?

One day only: September 22, 2026, from 7:45 AM to 8:00 PM

Where can I find the Reciprocity House?

Home Studios Inc. in Studio 1, at 873 Broadway 301 401, 410, New York, NY 10003, USA

Why ‘Reciprocity House’?

The dialogues at the Reciprocity House will feed the ongoing question of how HIH, as an organization that works alongside Indigenous Peoples, Afro-descendants, and local communities, can continue to understand and actively dismantle the extractivist nature of events like Climate Weeks, COPs, and the Convention on Biological Diversity. It is a place to reflect on the strategic road ahead, celebrate ongoing impact, and align on actioning shared movement objectives.
