As the Finance & Operations Manager, Marlena supports a diverse range of finance responsibilities including managing accounts payable and assisting with financial reporting and audits. Marlena also assists with the organization’s operations including the projectization of HIH's annual plan.

Marlena started at Health In Harmony in 2023 and has broad experience assisting nonprofit leaders with administration, finance, and HR needs, and a strong project and document management background. Marlena studied business at Seattle Central Community College and earned a certificate of design from the University of Washington. She is deeply passionate about climate justice, diversity, equity and inclusion. In her free time, Marlena loves to spend time outdoors, hiking, camping and gardening.
