Kali leads Health In Harmony’s efforts across the grants, individual donors, and partnership development functions. He is an accomplished not-for-profit management consultant and development executive with experience in domestic and global health policy, as well as transformational leadership, specializing in social and systems change, and community co-creation.

Before joining Health In Harmony, Kali spent more than two decades leading coalitions and public affairs advocates toward global health equity, specializing in work with racial and sexually diverse communities. His experience spans regional, national, and global markets, working with foundations, corporations, and institutions, with a focus on strategic alignment and replicable methods. Rooted in community organizing, leveraging data and theory for organizational resilience and impact.

Kali joined Health In Harmony in 2025 after completing his Executive MBA at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Kali’s deep analysis and relationship development skills have earned him several appointments on regional and national advisory committees focused on social justice and the elimination of HIV inequities across the world.
