Joe Hernandez

As HR & Administrative Associate, Joe supports Health In Harmony’s HR and operations workflows while fostering a well-organized and efficient workplace. He assists with internal systems, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement, ensuring that teams have the necessary resources and assistance they need. 

Joe brings a background in operations management and human resources, with experience in the nonprofit, higher education, and for-profit sectors. He has managed workplace operations,  full-cycle recruiting efforts, HR systems, and coordinated administrative functions for organizational effectiveness. 

Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Originally from California, Joe now calls the Pacific Northwest home, where he enjoys getting outdoors as much as possible. He finds inspiration in nature and values the balance it brings to his work and life.
