Gunung Palung Orangutan Project: Also known as Yayasan Palung. This is a wonderful organization promoting environmental education and orangutan conservation around Gunung Palung National Park. LEAP (Land Empowerment Animals People): Facilitates projects, partnerships and exchanges that promote sustainable ecological co-existence in South East Asia. INI RADEF (Indonesian International Rural Agricultural Development Foundation): Indonesian non-profit promoting rural economic development, healthy communities and environmental conservation. Eco-Tourism in Indonesia: Environmentally friendly lodges in Kalimantan, Flores and Bali where you can see orangutans, Komodo Dragons, amazing birds, or just relax.
